I’m currently studying for my GCSEs and planning to continue my baking journey at college.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve dreamed of being a baker, from my first cupcake set when I was 4 or 5.

I’ve been learning traditional recipes and adding my own twists to create the perfect sweet treat.

I love to make a lemon drizzle or banana bread just as much as I like to try the latest viral trends.
